Look Outside!
This mother earth, our lovely mother earth
Will no longer be alive to shadow us with her worth
Trees choking, rivers drying
Fish screaming, crying, and soon dying
Stars that were once bright are no longer shining
The blue sky that once gleamed is now dimmed, concealed
Ocean floors, sandy white, once clean
Now buried in junk indeed
She gave us food, water, medicine, and shelter
And yet we ungrateful humans complain and scream
We fill her air with smoke and dust
Are we that lazy, we can’t walk!?
Its time to realize we are the destruction,
Before she no longer can stand our love,
So open your eyes, you humans, and reciprocate the loving
Repay her with protection of the home she has been offering
Save water and free pollution,
Grow more trees, and keep it green
Keep it clean, keep it serene
Let us bring an end to this foreseen
