2030 a year like no other,
A year expected for our planet to flatter,
Stability turning into instability,
For our planet that’s losing its utility,
On the brink of destruction that is,
The fall of our planet soon in a whiz.
Unbearable the atmosphere has become,
All its inhabitants left to succumb,
Tranquility slithering into bleakness,
Ripping away our planet’s and its inhabitants of its wellness,
Landscapes, the atmosphere and animals too,
Facing the consequences of what we overthrew.
Trees we slice from grounds,
Fossil fuels we burn all around,
Combustion and deforestation we lead,
All occur in increasing speed,
As days slither into years,
A few is all that’s left for our planet to succumb in tears.
Small actions we can take,
Earlier than late before the shake,
A care for our planet we all need,
Each of us to bear care to succeed,
Our planet’s future lays in our hands,
Together we can save it from disbands.
