if there was any year that I would definitely want to go back to is last year. That’s 2022, this basically was because a lot happened and it was a year of so much happiness as well as many beautiful memories. If I am given a chance to time travel to the past then I would definitely go back to last year
2021.
Due to the covid 19, schools in Uganda were affected so we had to stay home for 6months. I was in a candidate class my last year in ordinary level high school. Due to this situation, our exams which were to be done in November were extended to march 2021 so this made that year special to me. It’s true that I
had a lot of reading to do and struggle but then I was so excited to finally finish.
This same year my results were out in around august and I was among the best in my school and that was a great achievement. I got a lot of congratulations from my friends and family and lots of gifts as well. This was really a year to remember.
The same year my mom graduated with a bachelor’s degree in education majoring in entrepreneurship and economics. I remember singing on her birthday and all was so amazing. We actually both cried since the song was emotional and very nice, I had written it for her and I really regarded that song close to my
heart. My mom is like a gem for me and I love her so much. She worked so hard to get whatever she had and so as her daughter I have to appreciate all she did and has achieved. My entire life is inspired by her, my hard work and achievements, she always prayed for us and that makes her the best mom ever.
All the things that happen in life is decided by God and we should always appreciate what God has done to us be it nice days or the difficult moments because even the difficult moments are there to make us strong. Life is like rolling ball one time its good then the other it isn’t so we should be ready to expect
anything and we should be ready for anything that comes our way. But above all we should be appreciative of all that happens either good or bad.
