China had been suffering from the pandemic for a long time. The policies are useful but not the most efficient. For instance, the government would risk more people dying for several cured lives. COVID has started for more than three years. Brutality has decreased a lot since 2020 though. I think they should not use bureaucracy as a tool. This is tyranny that does not end without the change of the policy and harsh attitudes of the emperor.
