When I got back to Dhaka, I got depressed.
Leaving this beautiful and open space,
Going back to a populated city and isolating in a room,
All our lives changed suddenly, who could have guessed?
I needed a place to escape,
A sanctuary to harbor my anxiety
An urgency to discard the negativity within
So I created my own landscape
Music gives me happiness,
Music is bliss
What can I do without it
I’ll be in abyss
Days went by, but the passion stayed on
Got work done.
Felt accomplished. Felt blue
But when there were singing and songwriting, all was gone
Music gives me happiness,
Music is bliss
What can I do without it?
Don’t want to be in that abyss
